This is my first post, so please bear with me, will FORScan work with the BlueDriver scanner (https://www.amazon.com/BlueDriver-Bluet ... wifi&psc=1)? I would like to be able to use it on a Windows laptop and the software that comes with it doesn't support windows.
I am trying to purchase a scanner that will work with my 2013 Ford Mustang and was originally leaning towards the OBDLink MX Wi-Fi, but all the posts concerning connectibility issues have made me reconsider that choice. If anyone has any suggestions about the appropriate scanner for my 2013 Ford Mustang, I would appreciated hearing from you.
Does FORScan Work with BlueDriver Bluetooth Professional?
Re: Does FORScan Work with BlueDriver Bluetooth Professional
The BlueDriver does not emulate an ELM327 nor do they publish an open protocol to communicate with it, so it is not supported by FORScan
I would go with a OBDLink MX Bluetooth. It does not have the communications problems of the Wi-Fi version.

Thanks for the reply. I will look into the OBDLink MX Bluetooth. Is there a users manual for the Windows version of FORScan?

I found the documentation for Windows version 1.3.x, but nothing for FORScan version 2.3.8 beta for Windows. I imagine that this won't be available until beta testing has been completed.
