Unable to reset DCT

Hello, I have a Focus 1.6 TI-VCT 2010 (motor SIDA). I bought the ELS27, I can read the parameters and errors, but when I try to reset the errors I get the message "unable to reset DCT" Practically I reset all errors except for errors in PCM. Cesare

ELS27 is good adapter, so the problem is quite strange. Can you please email us internal FORScan logs as described on Contact Us page, for investigations? Thanks.
