Please Help Pats Programming on 2013 Mustang
I've be playing around with swapping a Cluster from a premium mustang with the 4.2" lcd. I installed the new cluster and tried to erase and programmed the 2 keys. It went through the 12min security time and then cycled the keys from off to on for 6 seconds as per the instructions. Process said complete then tried to start with no luck. Tried to the process twice with no luck. Installed the original cluster back in car and now the car still does start. Please help!!! I thought the PATS keys were saved in the cluster.

Same thing happened to me using Forscan
i was frustrated after trying a few times with no results.
later i went out and..
cycled the key on and off twice if the door locks cycle up and down you are in programming mode.
I noticed this on accident.
So after I cycled the key and the door locks cycled, I removed the first key and installed the second key, cycled on and off, removed the key and opened the door.
tried the key again and they were both programmed.
Just wanted to share my experience. good luck
