Gen1 Ford Flex question

Have a 2011 Flex SE which came on 17" wheels. I've upgraded to 18"s from a 2013 SEL. Any help figuring which module to modify and what to do would be greatly appreciated. I do have the ELMconfig tool with the HS-Can/MS.Can switch.
