'13 USA C-MAX Energi DRL Setting not Functioning Correctly

I have the ELS27 adapter direct from Russia and set DRL to Always Dipped, and as soon as Ignition On DRL functions correctly. Original setting is Dipped when not in P. But it is always off in this original setting. Is this something the ForScan team can fix? This is what I prefer.
