Region And Language for APIM and IPC

I know the region for USA is 5553
For Canada is 4341
For Japan is 4A41
But need the code for Saudi Arabia. Middle East, And UAE

For Arabic, at least Qatar, it is 5141. It works for the IPC on my 2016 Edge.

For APIM, Sync 2 (MFT) it is already 5141 but there is no Arabic. Also, there are no Maps card for GCC/Middle East for MFT/Sync2.
