no lane keep assist calibration on 2.3.13 ?

I have downloaded 2.3.13 on my windows 10 laptop and do not have the lane keep calibration under the wrench. I went down to 2.3.10 and it has it. when i run the procedure it fails to do the procedure so its not helpful either. Anyone else have this issue?
