Before the Edge, I had a 2011 MKX with cooled seats, and they also did not cool that well, the seat bottom was good, but not the back. I have also tried cooled seats on a Lexus ES350 (2013) and you just don't feel them at all. Also tried a 2015 Expedition, they are on the same level as the Edge.

I just installed Tim's fix for the exhaust port. Better, but would still like more. Any updates on your trials?
