Cruise Activation BA/BF Ford Falcon & Territory

unsure if they have brought out another update since I downloaded forscan on my laptop, but it was not able to be activated with my current version 2.3.8 beta.

I am still waiting for this to happen? I can't get my cruise to work still after a year. I refuse to pay a FORD dealer for them to put the scanner on my car.

An update from FORScan themselves suggests they plan to develop it however the stumbling block is that there are no reliable and cheap enough J2534 adapters that would work with all the protocols and features.

Apparently to enable cruise control on the Falcon/Territory models requires a change in the PCM VID block, which requires support of Flash EEPROM Programming Signal (FEPS), which is not available on our existing ELM327 and most J2534 adapters unfortunately!

Tatrix OpenPort 2.0 is a J2534 passthru interface which is recommended by PCMtec for flash tuning BA-FGX pcm's, change strategies, edit vid block etc. They are reasonably priced & work well with FORScan too. Maybe suggest the Tatrix OpenPort 2.0 as an option....people could tune with pcmtec & do module resets with FORScan.

Anyone knows which block needs to be flashed to get cruise control activated on Falcon BA???
Too much already said here about, however still no any useful info at all.

It need to be enabled in the PCM. In IDS is under the heading Speed. enable /disable. Its not speed limiter as some think
