I am not sure how to interpret these but doesn't seem to be above the magic 1.5 ???

Also can I re code the injectors correction factors if I fit new injectors as per PCM Service Procedures in FORScan ?

Thanks Ian.

The magic 1.5 (if we understood properly what you mean) is applicable only to the previous generation TDCi (Transit Mk6, Mondeo Mk3...). For your vehicle we can read so calling "balancing quantity", ie amount of fuel PCM adds or substracts to/from the normal injection cycle. In our understanding, in this case we see PCM reduces amount of fuel from the 1st Cylinder and in the meantime adds same amount to 2nd, 3rd and 4th cylinders, to compensate the power decrease. So we assume we may suspect cylinder #1 and peform land-based checks (compression, injector).

It must be noted results of computer diagnostic must be used to suspect some component and check it further. You should not replace components just based on results of computer diagnostic.

Yes, you can re-code injectors and make pilot injection learning using FORScan.

Thanks for the prompt reply. I now understand. I am going to do a full clean of EGR and inlet manifold first, as its all full of crud, and redo the measurement. I do not want to take out injectors unless I have no other choice. Thanks for your help.
