I was wondering if this tablet http://m.store.hp.com/webapp/wcs/stores ... let---5701 would work with forscan software and work with the obd link mx found here https://www.scantool.net/obdlink-mx.html the tablet doesnt state that it has Bluetooth not sure if it is needed for this or not thanks

Should work fine. The HP Stream 7 tablet is equipped with newest BT version 4.0.

I wish i had bought this tablet back in april when it was heavily discounted with 20€ voucher code in the microsoft germany store. Unfortunately i missed it. There also was a second offer by Microsoft UK with even more discount but it´s already sold out there. :(

Thanks i was just unsure and wanted to make sure it would work before i bought it.

I have the HP stream 7 and OBDLINK MX and it works fine. and easy to handle ;)

I have dell XT tablet/laptop(sort of transformer lapy) such a reliefe to work with this in car..normal laptops sometimes is too big or clumsy..but this solution is perfect...ordinary laptop for work with keyboard mouse and stuff like this but inside cabine yust turnaround display and ....voila..you have win tablet...
