Hi, it doesn't look like Forscan are distributing this beta anymore. I only need to update my APIM so it works with sync 3.4. Would somebody who already has the beta be willing to share?

There is a link to a copy of 2.4 beta at the link below. Make sure you read the warnings in the second post if you are planning on updating your APIM. Sound like a right pain in the ****

Yeah, APIM is awful and may result in loss of module.

RCM relearn and Software Upgrade is not possible on Focus MK3 2011 (I guess till 2018 too)

Does not work with Beta 2.40 from April 20

If you need, I can send you the Log Files

Hello,

I have Focus mk2.5, 2011 year. Is with FW update possible to activate mirror folding at car lock? Currently I don't have this option in DDM and PDM modules, but I can fold them with button inside car. I find that this is possible with UCDS, but I don't have their adapter. I have ELM327 with HS MS CAN switch.

Is there new FW for those two modules, so it can be done through FORScan update, and then activate folding option?

If it's possible, I would like to try it?

The firmware update functionality only supports last generation modules. Modules of older Ford models like the Focust MK2.5 are not supported.

Apart from this the autofolding functionality when unlocking/locking the car requires custom (commercial) firmware. This custom firmware is available as a paid function (requires tokens) of the UCDS system.

I'm looking to be able to update the firmware on a 2019 Ranger PCM. I'm specifically looking at two AB files, both have the normal 163-xxx codes, while one of them has a large list of 165-xxx codes. I "believe" this is to enable the Trail Control feature, and would like information on how to flash the FX4 firmware to the non-FX4 truck.

Thanks,
Chance

I would like to update firmware in APIM (non Navi) 2018 module in Kuga from2018 with viaken STN1170. Is it a big risk?
