I hove Sunc. 3 idownload the niv from https://cyanlabs.net/ford-focus-asbuilt-database/
Update the sunc to 3.4
Language work great now 5341. i remove Sirius but niv stll not working fault.

I don't know what to say. I really don't have experience in this.
Did you you have NAV originally? Sync3 cannot add nav because of hardware difference.
What is the error code you get?
Did you try to do Mater Reset?

Yes its i have navigation but win i change the map it show niv fault all time i restart vehicle. I think its region cant program another contery map. Any way now i used car play map and i program niv to disable. If i find somthing to do i will notice. Thanks for you reply and help.

I couldn't find anything on how to successfully change the maps region. Maybe it is related to the VIN number stored in the APIM? Your VIN is for a Non-GCC vehicle, maybe changing the VIN on your APIM to a VIN from a GCC vehicle with Sync3 and NAV could help?
