What is "SEC_ACCES" PID?

Hello,
What is the "SEC_ACCES" PID?
At the moment it says "Denied" and "In Progress"...

This is an internal PID used to obtain access to PATS system. It is not usable for Dashboard. We are going to remove all PATS PIDs from Dashboards.
