Turbo values reset relearn n75?

I know it supported on some models
I have the fiesta Tdci 1.6 I sent you some logs once before

Can I reset the Ecu by unplugging power for 30 minutes or is this a myth?
I am fitting the gt1544v vnt turbo in place of the td025.

Maybee I can use vnt % pid to set the turbo up if it needs adjusting on the rod?
I undersrand vnt should go to 100% before requested boost is met and then it reduces to stop overboost?thank you
