Forscan- Problem with connection

Hi guys,

Today I received my clone Tactrix Openport 2.0 J2534 and I installed the latest Forscan.
When I try to connect with the car, it reports that the connection with the vehicle is not possible.

Lattest Forscan Program
Windows 10 x64
Program start wit Administrator rights
Lattest drivers from Tactrix

I'm uploading some pictures here. maybe someone can help me.

I think there is a problem with the driver ... Appears with ?

I have read about other people's experiences with the same interface (also same cables, everything bought from the same supplier) and they all say that it works perfectly fine for them, but in my case, it does not!The problem is that I can't ask these people,you are no longer active on the forum.

I need someone who already has experience with this Openport 2.0 to tell me:
with which version Forscan
which Windows drivers
what settings does he have in Frorscan
and which Windows version

I hope I can rule out a few mistakes afterwards!
