I am trying to connect to my 2003 Mazda 2 1.6 petrol UK spec.
Forscan comes up with unsupported vehicle.

It may be an adapter problem, need second log file to check. Answered via PM

Thanks for the logs. As answered via PM, the problem is with adapter. It is not a fully compatible with original ELM327. OBDII software should work with it. But FORScan and any other software that uses service protocols will never work with it. Sorry.

I have looked at the link but I am not sure how to use terminal commands.Please could someone give me some basic instuctions on how to do this.Where do I find terminal?

You can use STNterm for easier usage.

Or any other terminal application of your choice. You just have to connect to the right Com-Port.
