Sync 2 Display replacement

Hi
I’m about to replace my damaged Mondeo Sync 2 screen and apim with an exact same part bought from eBay
Will I have to do any re programming or will the change be just plug & play. Thanks

The place where you are buying the APIM should be preconfigure, they should request to provide the VIN of your car so they can let it ready to plug.

BTW, if you are replacing the screen and APIM then why not replace it with Sync 3 which is also compatible?
