Hi guys, so I've just got the obdlinkEX and when I plug USB in laptop the light gose out after 5 seconds and says no adapter found. I have the ford tourneo custom 2018. Can someone help me out please my laptop in a Lenovo. Not sure if it's compatible to do this but it has Windows 10 on it

Hi, have you loaded the correct drivers which should have come with the adaptor? if not have a look on their website download the correct ones for your PC

Hi, maybe the problem is the driver for your computer. Try to download the latest driver available and I believe once the driver is installed, the EX adapter will work.
