2013 Taurus IPC Updating

Good Day,

I am trying to update my 2013 Taurus IPC to a newer firmware, as I need it to match at least the 2016 version.. as I want to add the digital speedometer and Arabic Language ( Here in middle east 2016 has all these features ), some people managed to update but when I tried to update the following file was not found on Calibration Files Database: DG1T-14026-BK.

So, my questions are :
1- Where could I find this file ?
2- If I updated would I get (Digital Speedometer and Arabic Language )?
3- If "NO", how would I get these two features on my 2013 IPC ?

What ipc do you have? The Base with Physical speedo and tach, or Speedo in the center and digital tack on left?

Can you tell us how to update the firmware step by step and which adapter we needed

1. File doesn't exist.
2. No.
3. There is no way for a 2013 model.
