Unable to read TCCM on 2018 Ford F150

Hello All:
I recently downloaded and used ForScan to modify my 2018 Ford F150 using the OBDLink_Ex adapter. I was able to save the original "AS Built" settings from all modules *except* the TCCM (transfer case control module). That one kept giving me a "service interrupted" error. I don't intend to change anything in that module but was curious to know why I couldn't simply read the values and make a backup in ForScan. Is this a known ForScan issue or does it indicate a problem with my TCCM ? FWIW, I have the latest ForScan (2.3.44) and my OBDLink has the latest firmware (5.6.19) on it.

Have same issue with my 2018. Curious, is it as simple as FORScan just can’t read the TCCM or did you have a different solution?

Generally speaking if you hve comms with the module then it's probably a software issue.
