2021 F150 Mirror Spotlight

Post by Jbehne »

I'm sure it's still in the works or maybe I just can't find it anywhere on here but has the code been found to enable mirror spotlights at any speed yet? And only other code I would love to find is from keeping the tiny amber lights from going dim when lights are turned on.

Unaware of anyone finding a Forscan workaround.
2 methods I’m aware of. Wicked Warnings sells a plug and play harness and you get the option to strobe those lights as well as constant on.
I went with modified wiring and jumper module. https://www.f150forum.com/f118/run-mirr ... nt-311291/
Search and you can also find you tube videos
I removed my wire as described and disassembled module and put the jumper wire internally. Ez mod keeping in mind I’ve been an auto mechanic and electronics tech.

The 21 and up do not have that module anymore, I did the jumper on previous models.

Recently retired from Ford assembly plant.
F350 through 600 assembled there. 2021 models definitely being assembled with the module in the same place as my 19. The Models assembled at our plant didn’t receive beds but cabs the same. F150 at a different plant so my info may only apply to SuperDuty line.

Yeah unfortunately love my F150 I would love to pay someone by finding out how to unlock the features to use the mirror spotlights at any speed. Only thing I need to do to have the perfect F-150.
