Just to be sure, I purchased a Vlinker FS and installed it on a different laptop. Exact same problem. It seems to me the rumors may be true that Ford or the manufacturers of these components are locking them in some way keeping us from using Forscan to make changes.fordson04 wrote: Wed Jan 19, 2022 1:59 pm Im really starting to think its something with the OBDLink EX. I too have this and the only module I have had success writing to is the APIM on my 2021 Bronco Sport. I havent been able to write to any other module (BCM, IPC, etc). I always get service procedure interrupted and on the IPC i get that along with some security key error. On the BS forum there are people that have been able to write to the BCM with even the previous version (44). The one person I asked is using the VLinker that is listed on the main page, so I think I am going to order one of those next week and try, but it seems more and more I am seeing its the OBDLink that may be the issue

So, on the Maverick Truck Club forum, it seems that this an issue on the hybrid, rather than the Ecoboost.
Are we all (or mostly) hybrid owners on this thread?

Re: Service Procedure Interrupted on MY2022 Maverick during write
I have a 2022 Maverick EcoBoost Lariat Lux (November 2021 build date) and trying to code the front turn signal outage to disabled. When I try to write to the BdyCM module I get the "service procedure interrupted". I am using an OBDLink EX cable with a Win10 laptop using 2.3.45, 2.3.46test20220126, and 2.3.46 that was released a couple days ago. Same issue with all those versions. I did try writing the SCCM module to adjust steering wheel heat using 2.3.46 and was successful. Seems to be at least the BdyCM module causing me issues. I also tried to change the double honk separately and had the same error.
Anyone have suggestions I should try?

I reported (to FORScan) the error I was having, and had a fix the next day. Refer to the "contact" page, and send them the requested info, and I expect you will get what you need.

Re: Service Procedure Interrupted on MY2022 Maverick during write
Just an update from my previous post. I did go to the contact us page and received a test version the next day that resolved my issue writing to the BdyCM module. Then found out I couldn't write to the IPC module either due to a security key issue. Again, next day I had a link to yet another updated 2.3.47test version. Excellent support from the FORScan team and was able to write everything I wanted.

I can also confirm Forscan Support was awesome! Got a new executable to me very quickly that fixed the issue.

I have the same issue with my 2022 Transit and the BCMii module.
I don't have a purchased license so I can't contact them...
Where can I get that test version?
Thanks,
David

Have any of you tried different latency and baud rates?
I can't speak to anything newer than my 2019 but I have found some modules seem to require different (usually faster) rates and a lower latency (1 or 2ms).
