This is something I'm digging back into on my 2013 C-Max Energi. I had upgraded to Sync 3 and done the recommended calibration updates on the PAM to ensure the park assist functions work.
What I've been trying to add is the top-down sensor display that some other vehicles have. The APIM is configured correctly (sensor display enabled, Flank Guard enabled, APA Lite/10 sensor/Parallel Park assist only, PDC CGEA 1.3 w/ main CGEA setting in APIM to 1.2). Seems like it has been noted that some AsBuilt changes need to be made to the PAM for these Sync 3 retrofits. Unfortunately with ForScan (latest test builds as well as the 2.4.5 beta 3) I am not provided the option to make these changes. It just offers the Module Firmware Update selection.
My vehicle is a Central Configuration vehicle and I have confirmed the park assist option in the BdyCM CC is enabled accordingly.
Are actual AsBuilt modifications a possibility on the PAM on this platform and just needs support added in ForScan? Or is it a lost cause?
PAM Part #: CJ5T-15K866-BE
Don't have the current calibration levels or specific configuration settings in the various areas. I'll try and grab those tomorrow and add them here.
PAM AsBuilt modifications on NA C-Max Energi/Focus platform?
Re: PAM AsBuilt modifications on NA C-Max Energi/Focus platform?
As i know the european Focus mk3 and C-Max first PAM generation dos not contain this option(as built writing)
I did the same thing to my euro 2012 C-Max and it is working correctly.

Re: PAM AsBuilt modifications on NA C-Max Energi/Focus platform?
Small update:
A user on the C-Max Hybrid forums that I also frequent had given some useful info regarding enabling that top-down sensor/flank guard view. On Sync 3 (possibly specifically related to retrofits), the AsBuilt bits for the PDC architecture need to be set to C1MCA, despite the vehicle architecture supposedly being CGEA 1.2. This sorted it and the sensor display shows perfectly with no apparent effects on any other functionality.
The park assist function is still bugged as expected being a retrofit, but that's been well documented and unfortunately it is probably something I can't fix without having the PAM AsBuilt adjustments. But I rarely have the chance to use that so not a huge deal.

You can use UCSD for direct configuration, what is the BCM part number in your car ?
Re: PAM AsBuilt modifications on NA C-Max Energi/Focus platform?
BdyCM/BCM Part #: BV6N-14A073-PF
Haven't honestly looked into UCDS much. Will it work with adapters like the OBDLink EX or will it require a new one to be purchased?

Unfortunately you need the original one(adapter) with license, did not tried clone.
Re: PAM AsBuilt modifications on NA C-Max Energi/Focus platform?
Which may be difficult to acquire given the current Russia situation. But I'll definitely keep my eyes peeled on that and try to jump on it as an extra tool in my kit. They don't seem that expensive which is nice.
Curious if you have any additional insight on this process or what may need to be adjusted in the BCM and if my specific part # is capable?
To clarify with the Park assist issue: Basically, the actual functionality works if paying attention to the beeps provided at each step, but the displayed instructions on screen are incorrect and the rearview camera has the text partially placed off screen. This issue has been well documented for various Ford models that have done the Sync 3 retrofit.
