is there any way to change IPC ford explorer 2013 limited to IPC 2016

You have to buy the Sync 3 unit and replace sync 2 unit and then you have to make the sync 3 unit work.

i have already sync 3 2017 on my car ( explorer 2013 limited ) but i need to replace IPC to 16 or 17 . i bay IPC 2017 but didn't working i don't now if there is any way to working on 2013
