2018 F150 Brake Controller-pls help

Hello everyone,
Truck originally came without brake controller, bought OE controller, installed, programmed, no issues.
Fast forward to today, decided to update TRM (Trailer Module), it flashed fine, but now has DTC set - U2100 Initial Configuration not Complete.
Tried loading AB and flashing back, but since truck did not originally come with controller, no matter what i flash to, DTC remains.
Can i do anything to fix this? i am willing to pay reasonable amount.

What is your DTC code, and is it related? its rarely a coincidence, but they do happen. Did you get it fixed?
