Ford Ranger 3.2 2013
any solution or ideas.
- injectors replaced.
- wires checked
- checked computer
I only get this error, no other errors.
error shows only at low rpm. 1000-1500.
The error keeps popping up. only when releasing the gas pedal . when the injections are not working.

Hi, not sure if this will help but I’ve had this fault before and turned out to be some water in the fuel.
Well I think it was water, either way it was contaminated and gave this fault.

no water in the fuel. pre-filter installed.
the error just pops up like :
- the engine is warmed up,
- I'm going down hill,
- I Don't press the accelerator pedal.
the error occurs when braking the engine.

last test. driving on the highway 400km all the time on the cruise control and nothing, as soon as there was braking and the rpm. dropped to 1500 an error popped up .
I read that it may be due to the lack of ability to learn the dose of fuel. When braking the engine, at what rpm do the injections turn on.

can someone send PID injection learning. injection 1,2,3,4,5 everything is at 0 for me.

Reprogram The PCM using the latest software level.
Reset the KAM (Keep Alive Memory) in the PCM.
Program the correct injector (Fuel Injection Correction Factor) into the correct cylinder.
Use function "Pilot Quantity Learning".
Start the engine and leave in neutral position.
Start the function test.
Increase to 3000 RPM and release throttle within 2 seconds.
Repeat the step again, Pilot learning starts automatically and may require multiple repetitions per cylinder.

Hi. do you have any ideas? the error is still there. appears only at 1500 rpm. under light braking. never when adding speed. the revolutions start to fluctuate 1400-1800 rpm. I suspect that when braking, they cannot decide when the injectors should be turned off. I don't have the option to preview injection learning in Forscan.

Hi. The error still occurs.
1. Only when braking lightly around 1500 rpm.
2. When braking, for example, from 2000 rpm to 1300 rpm, the error doesn't occur.
