Hello!
My rear driver side window stopped working. After some trial and error, I figured out that the door module had died (I used the rear passenger side module on the rear driver side, and all was back to normal).
My original module number is:
CV6T-14B532-EB
And the used, tested one I purchased ended in EA. All research I found lead to me thinking this should work fine.
When I installed this new (EA) module, I got the same 2” down/up problem that several folks here encountered.
Ford wants me to buy a new module that ends in EB, but I wondered if I could reprogram this EA one myself before spending almost $200. Figured it couldn’t hurt to try.
Thoughts? Suggestion? Advice?
Anything would be GREATLY appreciated!
Thanks!

Forscan can flash firmware on a module but it is not easy and does not always work.

Easiest solution is to find a used module with the correct part number (calibration). Look at car-part.com.

Thanks Don,
I’ve read through some similar posts... and it‘s probably above my pay grade. I’ll keep looking for the needed part, and come back to this as a Plan B if I can’t find it any time soon.
Thanks again!
