Firmware update problem ish

Hello, I got a 2009 Ford F-150 5.4 Plat. Forscan works wonderfully with this truck. However I tried using Forscan to update any module to see if it’ll work and unfortunately when I try and program it after downloading the necessary files it pops up service been interrupted, this is with any module. I’m able to use IDS to flash the firmwares however it’s not an option anymore as I can’t seem to find the site to download the specific firmware manually anymore. Any suggestions on how to fix it?
