Have not received email

I applied for an extended license and it says the license was sent to my email already, but nothing. I have checked my junk and spam folders with no luck. It has been a couple of days since I applied.

We have no information that the email was not delivered. Try to generate license key again with the same email and hardware id again

i have the same issue,already applied for 3 licenses

i have nothing received yet

i using forscan for more than 3 years, first time to face this issue

We checked the server logs again - all letters were delivered. Please check in Spam/Junk folder.

Hi. I also tried to get the extendet licens, but didnt get any e-mail!
Have tried 2 adresses... ***@mailbox.org and the other ***@t-online.de
And of course i checked the Spam / Junk folder.
Where is the link to download the file? I know in the past it was possible to download from the Site.
Cant find it anymore, and the email system doesn't seem to be working.

Hope someone can help me with that issue.

The problem is not on the FORScan side. For example:
<...@t-online.de>: host mx03.t-online.de[194.25.134.73]
refused to talk to me: 554 IP=31.184.219.50 - None/bad reputation. Ask your
postmaster for help or to contact tobr@rx.t-online.de for reset. (NOWL)
Please either contact your mail provider and ask them to unblock forscan.org mail server (we tried multiple times with no luck), or use another email address.

Seriously? In other words your servers are blacklisted at serveral mail-providers and I shuld fix it???
And yes its allready described in the other artikle. In the most cases the fault is at wrong DNS entrys.
If you want that I shuld fix your faults, give me your server-passwords so I can do your work.
Its not my fault when you are at a blacklist! And its not only at the ...@t-online.de provider.
The ...@mailbox.org also not working. I have just this two adresses.

Yes, our mail server are blacklisted at serveral mail-providers and we cant fix it. It's not a server setup issue.

You can register a mailbox on a popular mail server (for example, gmail.com, hotmail.com etc), and you will not have such problems in future.

Have now registered 4 diverent servers.
@t-online.de ---Not working
@mailbox.org ---Not working
@trash-mail.com ---Not working
@web.de ---Not working
Nothing is working!!!
When you already know that you are Blacklistet, why are you still using it?
Symply switch back to the old system where the key could be downloaded via the web-site!
Or better make a softwareupdate where no licens is necessary.
Sorry for my anger, but tomorrow i need my car and i have to configure the CC. But cant because you changed the the system in a way it isnt working.

Update. Now a mail at the @web.de has arrived. Pleas change something! Thats a absolute horror.
