Totally messed up

After some advice urgently please i thought I was more switched on then I thought i did a ipc firmware update on my mk 4 mondeo tcdi and some flickering lights on the dash so I thought I would just go back and use the asbuilt file well stupid me did and now i have nothing no dash lights cant lock or unlock doors cant get nothing to work cant even start it and i have work Monday ive tried going back to the ipc and swapping the file but keeps saying interrupted so i don't know what to do now would love some help please i have laptop with v j ilinker obd adapter
