More Powwershift woes! (help needed)

hi, i have a 2014 s-max 2L tdci
gearbox problems...i wont trouble you with them all!
Im not convinced i have a mechanical problem but an electromechanical one. and Ive been trying to check out the TCM.
my questions are:
where can I download calibration files? (tried the ford etis site and it doesnt allow anymore)
where can I find what file numbers i need?
when i go to FORSCAN/TCM UPDATE it shows available modules, great, but if i choose asbuilt it cant access the server?

using 2.4.9beta with full license, Im fully aware of the risks etc.
Any help much appresciatred

INTERESTING!

I keep getting errors when i try to download the factory settings for any modules.
Tried wireshark to sniff whats happening, and it seems Forscan talks to 19.12.112.152 (www.nsapp.fordtechservice.dealerconnection.com)
which returns an error from https://www.fordtechservice.dealerconne ... n=no_perms
because its not permitting enquiries anymore without a login. can someone at Forscan look into this or suggest a work around?

What issues are you getting?
S-Max/Galaxy suffers from broken comms wires in the main, large connector in the LH front wheel arch
You already have AM level calibration installed

Ford seems to have locked down the calibration files. Forscan does not have a solution.

I started with occasional stuck solenoids. They got worse, usually D and sometimes E. Took valve body out and cleaned up. All looked good. Done about 200miles since and still problems. Mainly only in Drive - put it in Sport/Manual mode and almost never fails. Made me think electronic not mechanical.

Tried to reset or re-flash the TCM. Used Forscan. All went well but odd errors. Sometimes now in S I get SEVEN displayed as selected gear not 1-6!!!

Think I've loaded something incompatible somewhere.
