2020 Ford Kuga 2.0 tdci mhev connection issues

Hi all, just had a 2020 Kuga Mhev and wanted to put the 190 hp map on it like I did with my previous Mondeo. Connected using the ELM but it is now asking .e for a part no for my PCM and will not go any further telling me to confact developers, anyone else seen this?
