Downloaded forscan for Windows 10 for the extra license

I have spent all day trying to download the extra license on my laptop with Windows 10 installed not loading, even fallowing all instructions, even downloaded forscan for windows 10, just not loading. I then tried my nextbook, again with windows 10 installed. Same thing happens, again following instructions from the loading page. My day has not gone well. Can anybody help please.

Not sure I understand! Is this about a two month trial Key or a Paid activation as the process is different between the two?
I see from a post you made back in August 2020 that you were having this problem back then too?

If you mean that you are trying to download the Two month trial key, you have to leave(Do not close the page after filling out the fields and submitting the request) the"Free License Generation Page and leave the Page/tab up for a period of time, can be up to thirty minuets(Usually less and may be available if you "reload" the Page within 5-10 minuets)!
Press the Browser's reload button, if the page has not refreshed/reloaded by itself, and then the FORScan.key file link should be available!

Paid License Activation codes come to you by email from a separate third party payment provider!

Sorry for the message asking for help.
Frustration had set in.
It is the 2 month trial I am trying to load. I followed the procedure from the downloading page and waited as described. When I click open on the licence download document, it just makes a copy. When I right click on the licence, I have, save as. But no clipboard. When I click load the licence key it takes me to program files, which has FORScan, click on this and there is only data and images.
If I click on enter activation code, box comes up asking for activation code, paste from clipboard, all that loads by clicking on it is the hardware ID then I am lost.
What would the cost be if I was to buy the licence ??

Did you actually download a File from the trial license page named FORScanLicence.key and into what folder(Like Downloads) did you download it into with the browser!

The activation code box is only for Paid Activation's not the free trial!

When you Use the "Load License Key" Button it will open A "Load from file" window in the Windows file manager by default to the FORScan Program folder!
You have to navigate the file manager to the folder your browser actually downloaded the file into with the little drop down button or the folder with the up arrow ( see the attachment and it is in Your Downloads folder likely)! Example C:\Users\{YourUserName}\Downloads
Once you find that .key file Left click once to high-lite the .key file and click the OK button or Double click the File and FORScan should do the rest!

Do not know about how much a Paid license would be from your location but it was 17.50C$ + Canadian GST when I bought my last one!
