Problem with Transmission Strategy

I replaced the solenoid body in my 2010 Lincoln MKT 3.5l I have tried to program the new strategy to it i get to the it stops at about 30% into it says that vehicle conditions not met turns the car off when the dash lights come back on the advance trac flashes I'm using a Toughbook with obdlink ex any and all advice is greatly appreciated

Make sure that the Toughbook is connected to the internet.

my problem isn't in the downloading it happens when I try to program the new info into the car
