Ford ecosport 2019 odometer condition XXXX instead of km

Hello everyone.
I have this problem instead of displaying actual kilometers four XXXX are popping up. When the ignition is turned on or started the kilometers are displayed normally but after starting the car instead of km there are XXXX and so every time. I will add the car after no collision before was everything ok. has anyone encountered something like this? and what could be the reason for this?

Have you tried restoring the original asbuilt of the IPC module?

No I didn't try anything I didn't move anything. I went to ford a few days ago they said the meter to be replaced because the memory was damaged.

And how to restore the original versions? I have FORScan and Cable but I haven't done anything this far yet

Problem solved corrupted batch in Counter Memory

After replacing the meter the problem with XXXX was fixed but after driving the car for a few weeks the problem returned four XXXX does anyone have any idea?
