Injector coding

Hello Forscan family;
My vehicle is a 2005 model Mondeo 2.0 Tdci automatic. I have 2 questions.
1-My vehicle runs at 500 rpm every time it is started, meanwhile the charge and engine malfunction lights are on and it continues like this for 5-10 seconds.
During this period, the gas pedal is unresponsive. After this period, the rpm increases to 900 and the lights go out and everything continues as normal.
Manual EGR was canceled in the vehicle, and due to this malfunction, I also changed the crank, camshaft, cylinder temperature, IMV (Fuel pump pressure valve) sensors and sockets.
The alternator, Hella brand, was installed brand new. The fuel filter, glow plugs and air filter were changed, but the problem remains the same.
2- When the situation is like this, I am left with the injectors in my hand. Could a technician who does not know the job have programmed the injectors according to the cylinder order? If this mistake is made in the vehicle, will it work?
Or could this be the reason for my above problem? Can I change the codes and will the vehicle accept it? If anyone has this problem or can help, I pray. I look forward to your help, thank you.

Is there anyone who can answer my second question above? If the code order is written incorrectly, if it is written according to the cylinder order, will the vehicle accept it and run? Or will Forscan not accept it at all? And what to do after the codes are written and saved in the brain?

I have a similar problem, but in my case the problem is from the alternator.
try disconnecting the red/ thick cable and see if the problem persists.
it is a bug that can be fixed with IDS

The red thick cable + pole has been removed many times but there is no change.The interesting thing is that there are many problems like this but no one has solved them and no one has stated that they have solved them.

I don't think it's a question of whether the codes are written correctly or not...the issue is not here.
Are the injectors ok?
Does it start smoothly, does it limit on a fast acceleration?

There is no problem with acceleration. The previous owner had the injectors serviced. That's why I asked my second question. There is only temporary smoke when I rev the engine too much. They say it's normal.
