Extended License Limited Activations

I purchased the extended license a couple of months ago and due to a series of unfortunate events I was forced to reinstall windows on my laptop a number of times. I didnt have any backups but started fresh each time reinstalling and re-downloading all my programs. Forscan is one of the programs i always download as I use it for my personal vehicle often (check and clear codes or tinker with some features). I was unaware during all of this that the my extended license activation code can only be entered a few times before it doesnt work anymore. Now that i have my laptop working and not crashing after finally buying a new windows 10 pro installation usb, im unable to re-activate forscan with my extended license because it has a limit of times it can be used even on the same laptop that I originally activated it on. Is there a fix for this? Or will I have to purchase another extended licsense when there is still 7 or 8 months of time left on the extended license I just purchased?
