I have a 2026 F350 and I'm getting this message. Is there a database update for that? I think it's same as the 2025.

Start reading from the first post again. It clearly explains the process of identification & update. Make sure you have an internet connection, so FORScan uploads the data required for the support team to add it to the database.

I have a 2026 as well. Did you figure it out? I’m new to this and in the same boat as you. It won’t work….

You never will if you're using an old version of FORScan or haven followed the instructions starting in the very first post of this topic.

I’ve tried on my 26 f-250 3 times (a couple days in between each time) and I’m still getting

“ Information about this car was added to the FORScan database after the last official release. If you are a paid license owner, please contact FORScan support team for an engineering support.”

Followed by:

“If PCM has a custom tune installed, please enter strategy/calibraton name or part number of FACTORY PCM (ex. PC3A-14C204-FGB)”

and yes I have internet connection. Has anyone actually talked to anyone at forscan?

Go to the main website > Support > FORScan for Windows - paid Extended License & look at the options. You'll likeley end up choosing "I have another question".

Follow the directions about debug data & send it to the email address listed.
