I use WIN XP on my my Laptop. NO problems with Extended License...

But I see some people got problems with WIN 10 ...

I installed Forscan on my PC running WIN 10...and yes there is a Problem with actuating the extended license...

This is what I did...

Download the extended license...make a new folder and name it License. Put the extended license .key file in to that folder.

Go to Windows (C:) and find the FORScan Folder... Mine was in Program Files (x86)

Paste the " License Folder " in to FORscan...

Or: Right click on ForScan shortcut, Properties, Open File location...put License Folder in there.

Next:

Open the FORscan program

Click on [ Load License Key ] and this should take you here..

Open License Folder and take it from there...


When done it should look like this:

followed the procedure you used and didn't work for me
any other suggestions
using windows 7 tried going thru firefox and internet explorer

I use win7. Download ext license and check where its saved. Then go to forscan main screen and press load license, guide it to where you saved it.Done.

And to keep extended license you need to be active on forum

My key don't work, how to proccess .
I'm on Windows 10

Any luck I'm having same problem?

Not sure where you got this information from or what your experience was but you're WRONG.

My 2 month Extended Licence expired after 2 months despite being active on the forum.

Think you misread that and got it wrong way round.

I got to the File Folder.... Data & Image folders but noooooooooooooo Activation Code?
