Hi - New user here! I requested and granted a trial license key. No issue installing but when I try to access any functions like backing up a module, I get an error message “sorry you need an extended license”

What am I doing wrong?

I'm having the same issue...freshly loaded app and extended license key but get the error message...

My current version is 2.3.26 beta + extended license for 12 months.
Can I use the activation code again, if in few months later there is a new version of FORSCan?
