I have a lifetime license, but suddenly I wake up with a non-licensed application.
No problem I said, I click About/Enter activation code, but I get "Not possible to communicate with license server".
I have no firewall active, I have checked Internet explorer settings, no luck...

Hello.
I wanted to buy a 1-year license today (PayPal), but it didn't work. I can only continue after I select a country. Unfortunately, I can't find Germany on the list (I live in Germany, but have Polish citizenship). Can I select Poland, for example, and buy an annual license? I need this license to program new PATS keys. Will it still work in Germany and can I program new PATS keys in Germany?

As Per this Geo Blocking Topic:
viewtopic.php?f=5&t=27712, sales have been "temporally" suspended in Germany!
Whether you can use your Polish identity/citizen ship will depend on if PAY PAL will allow you to set up a separate account with a Polish mailing address and Phone number(PayPal usually requires both) and will PayPal and/or PayPro Global allow you to use it from Germany or from a German IP Address(may have to use Polish VPN)(Just what came to mind as a possible PayPal/Pay-pro Global problem if you were to just chose Poland in FORScan's list as your country)
As for the PATS programming(presumably the new experimental Online Pats, Assuming it is now available for the vehicle in question, and which does not affect the older Timed or Coded PATS as before 2012 and later), should not be problem from Germany as the Geo Blocking issue referred to above, only affects FORScan License sales in Germany and a small number of other countries!

It would be necessary to have two Free trials active at one time in order to get that message! You are only allowed two active free trials per contact name and email address! The Free trial is not sent and will not be sent by email and has not been for quite some time due to FORScan being blocked access to some email domains!
One or both of those Free trials will have to expire before that two trial limit will reset!
Changing Hard drives(SSD) will change the Hardware ID so the free trial you probably had on the machine will be tied to the hard drive or SSD you removed and will no longer be valid with the newly installed SSD!
The only other free trial workaround is to use a different name and email address for contact information with the new Hardware ID!

Hi, apologies if this is the wrong place to post this.
FORScan has a bug on my computer where the hardware ID keeps changing every time I open it. How would I go about debugging why this happens? Maybe a list of the pieces of hardware it checks?
Because of this, FORScan is now complaining that the "number of activations exceeded allowed limit" when trying to use the extended license that I bought earlier today.
Is it possible to deactivate the old activations as a temporary solution?

You have posted in the English section of the forum, so need to post in English.
Make sure you have an internet connection.
You could try adding FORScan to the Windown Defender whitelist to allow it to communicate with the internet & the server, both inbound & outbound connections.
If you are using an intivirus program eg Bitdefender, make sure it's not restricting FORScan from communicating via the internet by adding it to the whitelist there too.
