Sounds like you might have used the wrong email address & it's gone to someone else.
To get help, you should be going back to the payment page where you entered the details & provided payment. If you've done that, you may have to buy it again.

There are 2 options to contact PayPro Global who process the payments. You can phone or go to the CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE. The link has been highlighted in the image from the licence payment page.

Hi, I updated my extended license and received the activation code via email, however when I go to the about button and click it the enter activation code button is grayed out and will not allow me to paste the new code? What is up?

Do you mean, you have renewed the two month trial or bought a paid license and received the reactivation and when you got to reactivate, the Activation button is greyed out?
If the Activation button is greyed out there should be a text line below it stating the registered owner of the license and the date the license is valid until or expires on! This would be the normal process if the Expiry date and possibly time of day the license was activated, has not yet been reached!
If there is time remaining on a two month trial license, the Activation button would also be greyed out and the time remaining and expiry date on the trial license would be shown in that text line!
The Activation button Should become live after the date stated in that text line. Alternatively you should be able to uninstall the current license using the "Uninstall license key" Button and reactivate with your new activation!
