Hello!
What's difference between those two ?
I have two sensors in both in ForScan, see picture.
First sensor is located just before catalysator (CATEMP1). Second is DPF pressure valve (CATEMP2), and third is first sensor in DPF (EGT1) and forth is EGT2 ?
Makes this sense ?
CATEMP vs EGT ?

Re: CATEMP vs EGT ?
Main question is how many exhaust temperature sensors the engne has. We are unable to find this information. Euro Stage IV has only 2 sensors. Your engine is Stage V so we don't exclude it has 4 sensors. If so, your idea is right and first pair of sensors is before and after the catalytic converter (CATEMP), and the second pair is before and after the DFP (EGT). Again, we are not sure. Good idea would be to find an exhaust system scheme for your engine or just look under the vehicle.
Please note according to the data on the screenshot the EGT12 seems to be dead (100 degrees and 5V), so it corresponds to P2033 you described in this post:

Either the sensor is not connected or faulty.

Re: CATEMP vs EGT ?
On this car you have Lambda probe, Diff. pressure sensor and 2 thermo probes on DPF(CATEMP1 + 2) nothing else is relevant for this car. EGT you can ignore.

Re: CATEMP vs EGT ?
Here you can see sensors,
First one is just before cat (CAT1 ?), then there's vaporiser right after cat, and then two sensors in DPF. Which one is lambda and which is CAT2 ?

Re: CATEMP vs EGT ?
As already explained in another post, the sensors are numbering in certain order. So CATEMP11 is first (upstream, closer to the engine), usually before the cat. CATEMP12 is second one, after the CAT. Same with EGT - EGT11 is closer to engine, EGT12 is far from the engine. Lamda is oxygen sensor, not temperature sensor.

1 PICTURE IS lambda sensor oe: 1688499
there are only two temperature sensors on DPF, no more. Before CAT is only lambda.
