Unfortunately, we have no calibration values for parameters. Theoretically they may be available in service manuals and technical databases, but unfortunately we have no a clear way to extract them.

I have 1 .6 2008 Mazda Diesel working fine. I used Forscan at 3000 RPM while stopped and 3000RPM while moving on a mostly flat road

First Stopped at 300rpm MAF 60g/sec

Second moving at 3000RPM on a mostly flat road, 4th gear about 100km/h.

So in summary, I think you MAF values should be in the range 40 to 80g/sec

There is info from Mazda on the sensor and testing it. You need a DC voltmeter connected to one of the wires on the sensor. See:
https://euroesi.mazda.co.jp/esicont/eu_ ... 00700.html

key one engine off 8.2V
Key on engine at 2000RPM approx 11.5V

Your value looks OK. I know this thread is a little old. Did you make progress? What is the symptoms of the car?

Hi there,
My values where not ok because of a loose pipe.

Now i have 94g/sec or 940 h/sec at 3000rpm. I think in any maf, at 3000rpm, the values must be above 900.
