connection problem useing original AVDI

Hello,
I use original AVDI.The software connects to the device but cant connect to the car. It say unable to connect to vehicle ,make sure the ignition switch is on and try again.
I use the last version2.2.8 beta
Any ideas, thanks?

What is your vehicle (not clear from the profile)? If Focus Mk1, you may need an additional adapter for J1850PWM as specified on thier site (http://www.abrites.com/products/avdi):

SAE J1850 VPW,PWM compliant (needed additional adapter)

Also, we need FORScan logs to investigate exact problem. Please check your PM for instructions.

Yes Ive got the adapter J1850 but the problem is still.
I use it when I connect to the car by AVDI and it works fine.
Vehicle is Ford focus 1.8 gasoline 1998
