restrictions on my 11’ Ford Edge SEL Sport Utility disable or reset the “MYKEY” without a ADMIN KEY

HELP ME PLEASE SOMEONE,
I just purchased the only 2011 Ford edge I see him or utility if you days ago LOL driving I activated by accident in the my key settings which put restrictions on my vehicle such as miles per hour volume levels see though exactly how can I remove this or reset the setting without a administrative key? They only gave me 1key and JUST FYI ITS NOT REMOTE START

go buy a new key with transponder as you will need to have 2 working keys to start the vechile , once arrived , insert the transponder into the key if not already inside it , then get the blade cut , insert into ignition with forscan running and check the error code you get for pats , check the list in key programming sticky to make sure the transponder is ok to program.
then goto pats option and wipe all keys and program 2 new keys,
