Will this work as a adapter/interface or J2534

Hello group,
I'm venturing into this FORScan software and I was wondering if I can use some stuff I already own.

Additionally I'm located in Metro Detroit if anyone is willing to or interested in discussing the FORScan software.

EDIT: So it looks like I can connect to the J2534 device but I can't connect to the vehicle.

Try to select default VCI J2534,restart program and should be ok.

What kind of car, Josh? I'm in the Detroit area, playing with FORScan / AsBuilt / IDS in my 2013 Taurus.

(also got a GTP in the garage I'm trying to pull the motor, but that's a different project)

I tried it on both a 1995 Windstar and a 2004.5 F150 (my other obd2 scan tools, OTC Genisys Touch and Autoenginuity Proline connect with there respective dlc connectors).
I am also very interested in as-built data editing. My AE Scantool allows me to enable a lot of options like integrated brake controller, puddle lamps, dark mode, factory alarm etc.. also adjust tire size.
I'll send you a pm when I get a few minutes ... I have access to a lot of vins and sales/option code info.

Well I was able to use another on3 of my J2534 devices (SPX VCI) and I was able to connect with USB but not Wifi or Bluetooth. I'm sure the wifi and Bluetooth issues are my lack of knowledge.
Still couldn't get my Intrepid Blue J2534 to connect. I'll work on it when I get some time.
