2011 Ford Fiesta tcm reprogramming

Is there anyway to be able to reprogram a new blank TCM for a 2011 Ford fiesta without having to go to Ford?

Possibly, I think save old one before removing
Then recover new one after installing asbuilt
I would imagine you need 2.4.5, good lead and paid license

I have updated to 2.4.5 and I have obdlink ex adapter. I have the Extended License. It finds the TCM module and says it needs a firmware update but once started it says loading SBL to primary module then shows Service procedure has been interrupted. I am still new to using forscan, am I missing a step? Thank you for your help

Confirm you have all the software ready for install (green dots)
Confirm adapter is at latest level and connection settings are correct
Force programme unchanged and stop activity on buses ticked.
Confirm battery charger connected to vehicle
