Reset All Adaptation function

Sorry if this is not the place.
New to the forum.

I have accidentally performed Reset All Adaptation function, lack of knowledge for this function.
After that I have managed to complete pilot injection learning successfully. But but the car still does not work that well like before. The idle is not that smooth and there is something like a misfire that is felt.
Seeking someone that is familiar what are all the procedures that has to be done separately after the reset.
I don't know if the injectors have to be coded again?
The only thing that I have done after the reset is pilot injection learning.
Is there anything else I can do? The car was running great before that reset.

I have driven it for about 300km from the reset,not that much,but no changes in behavior.
